Return PolicyWe believe the products we sell are of high quality. However, if you're not comfortable with the limited warranties the product manufacturers provide or are not fully satisfied with products you buy from us within 30 days of your purchase, we will be happy to issue an exchange or refund, provided the product is in its original condition and able to be resold, with all parts, manuals and packing materials included. One exception to this policy is the Septic Heater, which may only be returned to the manufacturer under its warranty. If you wish to return any product within the first 30 days, please e-mail us at jerry@intwoplaces.com to let us know and set up a return authorization. The maximum amount of any refunds will be for the original cost of merchandise only, less the actual cost of shipping the product to you for "Free" shipping orders. We do not refund shipping costs or the cost of return shipping. Our products carry manufacturers' warranties. Although they make every effort to produce, test and manufacture products that function properly, they cannot guaranty that there will never be a defective unit, or that the equipment will function on all of the thousands of phone lines, power lines and communications equipment in existence. For this reason, it must be clear that these product warranties — and intwoplaces.com — are not insuring your person or premises or guaranteeing that there will not be damage to your person or property if you use any of these products. |
